Right of withdrawal

The rules on the right of withdrawal are considered in the art. 64/67 of the legislative decree n. 206/2005 (consumer code).

The "consumer" who for any reason does not consider himself satisfied, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the deadline of 14 working days for the goods from the day of their receipt, for the services from the day of the conclusion of the "online" contract. This right may be exercised by end users, business who made the order with a VAT number reference or professional activities however do not have this right. To requested the right of withdrawal it is necessary to  send the communication by fax, or telegram, or e-mail.

All return costs of the products will be borne by the consumer and the return needs to be authorized previously by wikini via e-mail (info@wikini.it).

It is understood that the risks of transport for the return of the items needs to be borne by the consumer. All items need to be in received in the same conditions of receipt, not used and completely intact, provided with the original packaging and any manuals, without exception.

The product can not be considered positive for deterioration or to change rapidly.

The right of withdrawal expires in its entirety when the "essential condition of integrity of the good" is lost, in cases where Wikini ascertains:

the lack of the original external / internal packaging; the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...); a Wikini will accept the returned goods reserving the right to verify that the products have been returned in their original state and with the packaging intact. It is advisable to cover the original packaging of the product with another protective packaging that preserves its integrity and also protects it from writing or special labels. Only in this case will the amount paid by the consumer be forwarded within the statutory deadline (30 days).

Wikini will credit the sum by canceling the payment made by credit card. In the latter case, the Customer must communicate his bank details (ABI Code - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder) to receive a refund. In case of forfeiture of this right, the Wikini will return the purchased good to the sender, with charge of the same shipping costs.
